Another Idea? For Weight Loss.
Besides diet and excercise, what else can we do to lose weight? Well yesterday I downsized my TV. I was paying $125 every month, for hundreds of satelite channels I never watched. I downgraded to basic service, and had the bedroom TVs shut off. I will save $80 a month, and have more money to buy healthier foods. Who needs 200 channels anyway? 45 is enough, and I can’t lay on my bed watching movies, and stuffing myself anymore! Doesn’t that make sense?
