Another Idea? For Weight Loss.

Besides diet and excercise, what else can we do to lose weight? Well yesterday I downsized my TV. I was paying $125 every month, for hundreds of satelite channels I never watched. I downgraded to basic service, and had the bedroom TVs  shut off. I will save $80 a month, and have more money to buy healthier foods. Who needs 200 channels anyway? 45 is enough, and I can’t lay on my bed watching movies, and stuffing myself anymore! Doesn’t that make sense?

Past The 200 Lb Barrier

Weighed in at 197 this morning. First time I’ve been under 200 in ten years! Time to celebrate, nah, I’m sticking to my mission. Will party when I hit my goal weight, a lttle bit anyway.

Halfway Home.

Today I was down to 205. A little disappointed I didn’t break 200, but its coming soon. I was out on my land this week, lifting and rolling 80 lb. logs! Eight weeks ago,  theres no way I could have done that. Still have this gut to lose, but I can tell its shrinking. Even noticed abs somewhere back there!
