Amazing When I Think About It

I just realized its been 8 months since I’ve had a hamburger, a soda,  chips, or sweets. I remember the first couple of nights in January. I almost cried trying to stay away from the fridge, but somehow I did.

I couldn’t eat any of that stuff now, its totaly lost its appeal. I realized I’ve eaten more veggies, and fruits in the last 8 months, than in the previous 47 years, of my life. I crave them! How did that happen? Well, it did somehow.

I wish I could help everyone feel the way I feel.  Stay with it please. In due time you’ll be spending too much time in front of the mirror, because you’re amazed at the way you look. And that’s a good thing! Onward and downward folks! Goodnight.

Wow! I hope that happens to me. That is so wonderful. You are definitely an inspiration to us all.

That’s fantastic. I live facing MacDonalds and it’s been 1 month so far since any junk has passed my lips. I still need to exercise some will power but I feel like it’s getting easier to scan past the unhealthy food. I just try to blank it out with ‘that’s not the food I eat’ sort of statement. I’m glad that you’re still around to remind us all that it can be done!!

Yes! It’s so funny to how I used to crave all kinds of stuff and how I would give in to those cravings but now I can turn away from things with no problem. You just wish people stick it out because it can get better. What a great blog!
